By playing Orbit Brawlers at orbitbrawlers.io you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

The game

Orbit Brawlers is a free-to-play browser game in open alpha. Features, balance, items and rewards may change, and the game may be unavailable from time to time.

Accounts

• You can play as a guest; registering keeps your progress tied to your login.
• You are responsible for keeping your login safe. One person may not use accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
• Commander names must not be offensive, impersonate others or infringe anyone's rights.

Fair play

Cheating, exploiting bugs, automating play, tampering with the game client or server requests, or colluding to manipulate matches, rankings or contests is not allowed. We may remove rewards, reset progress, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Virtual items and gold

• Credits, gold, keys, crates, blueprints, stardust and other items are a limited licence to use in the game. They have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the game.
• Buying gold requires a registered account. Payments are handled by Stripe.
• Because gold is delivered immediately, purchases are final once delivered, except where the law gives you a right to a refund.
• Crate contents are random. Reward ads are optional.

Contests and prizes

Contest prizes are in-game rewards. Only results verified by the game count; we may withhold or reverse prizes obtained through cheating or errors.

Liability

The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost progress, items or indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
