Privacy Policy
Last updated 29 October 2026
This policy explains what information Orbit Brawlers, published by Apkallu Games ("we", "the game"), collects when you play at orbitbrawlers.io, why we collect it and what choices you have.
What we collect
- Guest accounts: when you play without signing up, we create an anonymous guest account so your credits, keys and items are saved on our server. It holds no name or email.
- Account details: if you register, your email address and a securely hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile (name and picture) from Google.
- Game data: your commander name, progress, inventory, match results, rankings and contest scores. Commander names and rankings are visible to other players.
- Payments: gold purchases are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details; we only receive a confirmation of the purchase.
- Support tickets: the email address and message you send us, used only to answer you.
- Technical data: basic usage statistics (pages visited, device and browser type) to keep the game working and improve it.
Advertising and cookies
We use Google AdSense to show ads, including optional reward ads you choose to watch. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ad Settings, and learn more in how Google uses data from sites that use its services. The game also stores small amounts of data in your browser (such as your settings and sign-in session).
Analytics and advertising cookies are optional. On your first visit you choose which you allow; without advertising consent Google shows only non-personalised ads. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the Cookies link at the bottom of this page.
How we use your data
- To run your account, save your progress and run matchmaking and multiplayer matches.
- To process purchases and give you the items you bought.
- To prevent cheating and abuse and keep rankings and contests fair.
- To fix bugs and improve the game.
We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing
We share data only with services that help us run the game: our hosting and database provider, Google (sign-in and ads) and Stripe (payments). Each processes data under its own privacy terms.
Retention and your rights
We keep your data while your account exists. Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data. Send a ticket via our support page and we will respond within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your progress permanently.
Children
Orbit Brawlers is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal data, contact us via the support page and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
